About us

The Financial Adviser Service Awards are an independent measurement of who is getting it right, and who needs to do more work to keep their customers happy.

Once we receive all the voting data, the information is independently checked and verified, before the results are collated. These results allow financial services companies to benchmark themselves against their peers; and intermediaries to health check their own service experience against the norm.

Those awarded a 5–star for service are considered to be the top performers, down through 4, 3, 2, and 1 star ratings. Some providers achieved so little support that they did not even qualify for a star rating.

We make no apologies for publishing the best and worst performers according to IFA opinion. We’re equally certain that some views will differ on the results published within this survey. Regardless of who walks away with the accolades this year, these awards should be a testament to the desire of intermediaries and providers alike to drive service standards forward, whatever the obstacles.

We hope you find the information provided by the Financial Adviser Service Awards to be of value to your business.
